Due to a failure in multiple components of our entry gate system, we replaced the Entry Gate Main System on 5/25/2019. Your remotes will continue to work as normal. The previous access codes and the phone numbers are not in the new system and will need to be reestablished.
The process will be as follows:
All HOA Members on file were mailed a form to update their contact information and provide up to 2 phone numbers (can be cell phones) to be included in the new system. This form will also trigger the assignment of gate codes. The ability to request specific gate codes will not be possible.

NOTE(s):
- Ambassadors and Board members also went door-to-door to make sure everyone sent in their form by providing them another copy and instructions.
- This has no impact on gate remotes / car programming.
