In an effort to establish a high level of guiding principles and ensure that the West Hampton Board of Directors acts in the best interests of West Hampton residents, it was decided to develop a Statement of Vision, Mission, and Values.
A Vision, Mission, and Values statement is a tool to help an organization accomplish what it has set out to do and helps provide a framework for strategy, focus and decision making. We will have this statement available and refer to it at all board and committee meetings, using it as a guidepost to promote excellence, consistency, and fairness when conducting board business.
